in to build and manage the Technology team consisting of development and

Established and managed a team which included a creative
manager, software architect, developers, technical lead, QA test engineer,

servers to host virtual machines, a Nimble unit for storage needs, and
additional switches to support the decisions, the project was executed.

vendors, vendor relationships, removing roadblocks, and presenting regular

Other Infrastructure projects that I oversaw were: a)
implementation of the new firewall appliance and VPN (Sonicwall), b)
migration of production physical servers to VMWare virtual machines, and c)
sunset the SBS server to dedicated servers for Active Directory, File
Sharing, VPN, WSUS Windows Update Management, and Exchange. ·
Oversaw the development of a proprietary CRM application,
including working with vendors on integration products, acting as the

Managed the project team on the rebranding of Consilium’s
website, which included managing relationships with our vendors, contract
